TEACHING

Learning with purpose.
Designing with people.

Connecting critical inquiry, practical skills, and responsible engagement with technology.

My approach

My teaching brings people and technology into the same conversation. Information technology courses provide a foundation for understanding systems; design and usability courses ask students to examine the experiences of the people who use them.

Across these areas, I emphasize thoughtful questions, applied exploration, and attention to the social consequences of technical decisions. AI education adds a further question: how can students assess the capabilities, limitations, and responsibilities of emerging systems?

A CONNECTED TEACHING PRACTICE

Understand.
Investigate.
Create.
